Processing Time:
    •    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
    •    You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
    •    Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – $X.XX (calculated at checkout).
    •    Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $X.XX (calculated at checkout).
    •    Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.

Delays & Lost Packages:
    •    Sevyn Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier.
    •    If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist as much as possible but cannot guarantee replacements for lost/stolen items.
